Cancellation & Refund

At Moodyfy, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our luxurious and premium products. We understand that there may be occasions where you wish to cancel an order or request a replacement. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to address these needs.

Cancellation Policy:

Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched by emailing us at moodyfyco@gmail.com with their order ID. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.


Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped.

Return / Replacement Policy:

Defective or Damaged Products: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request a replacement within 3 days of delivery. To do so, please email us at moodyfyco@gmail.com with your order ID, a description of the issue, and a photo of the defective or damaged item.

 

Replacement Conditions:

The replacement will be provided for the same product, subject to availability.
The original packaging, tags, and price tags must be intact for any return to be accepted. Returns will not be accepted if the original packaging, including the box, price tags, or other elements, are damaged.


Out of Stock Items: If the product is out of stock or unavailable, you may choose to receive a full refund or select an alternative product of equal value.


Limitations: The replacement policy applies only to products that are defective or damaged upon delivery. It does not apply to products damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse.


Return Shipping: Please note that Moodyfy does not offer a reverse pickup facility. Customers must arrange for the product to be shipped back to us using a reliable courier service, and the shipping charges for the return will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy:

Refund Process: Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes all quality checks, the refund process will begin. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used during the order placement. In exceptional cases, we may request bank account or UPI details. Please ensure all provided details are correct, as we do not validate bank account numbers and are not responsible for funds transferred to unintended recipients.


Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.


Restocking Fee: If you refuse delivery of your order or if the order cannot be delivered due to customer negligence, a restocking fee of up to 20% along with shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Even if your order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the incurred shipping costs from your refund.


Refund Confirmation: Once you receive a confirmation email from us regarding your refund request, we will initiate the process and coordinate with financial organizations. If there are any delays, please contact us, and we will assist you promptly.


Policy Compliance: Moodyfy reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement request if the customer does not comply with the terms of our policy.
